Now in its sixth year the creative brains behind The Lancashire Festival has lifted the lid on the inclusive arts event in the city.
Joshua Holden is aiming to continue to breathe fire into Preston's arts scene.
He has been speaking with John 'Gilly' Gillmore in the latest episode of The Parched Pea Podcast about what he's got planned and his career to date.
From fire-breathing, yearning to be a Butlins Redcoat from a young age - he also reflects on growing up with ADHD.
Joshua, who operates as Wolf Entertainments, also speaks about the children's parties he operates bringing a spectacular range of skills and entertainment in front of young audiences.
He moved to Preston from Chorley aged 18 and he talks about bringing global circus stars to the city for LancsFest.
Due to take place in Avenham and Miller Park this summer the festival has grown to become one of the largest inclusive festivals in the county - something Joshua has said is amid adversity.
The Parched Pea Podcast is a collaboration between Blog Preston, Lancashire Post and Central Radio with Gilly exploring the people and places which make the city tick and will be available on Spotify, Apple and all other major podcast apps via Podfollow with new episodes being released every other Wednesday starting on Wednesday 9 April.
The podcast has been supported by Cosy Homes in Lancashire, who work to keep homes in Preston and beyond warm and energy efficient.
